BVRIT HYDERABAD with student health, fitness and Cognitive behavior concern started SYP (Students Yoga Program) in the year 2015 under the guidance of the yoga trainer Mr . P. Nagaraju & Faculty coordinators Ms. B. Rajitha, Ms. B.Sreekala. Successfully around 60 students per year taking benefit from the program. Students are using this platform to relief from regular academic schedule. Vallidevi, Harshini, Karishma and Vaishnavi of CSE students participated and won medals in YOGA CONFLUENCE which is conducted by Central government of India.

To enlighten the students about Life style and Diet, Self Defense , Fitness , Influencing Wellness

YOGA ACTIVITIES

College has arranged a workshop by Ms. Purinma mandowa from WOW( Wellness of Women) on 27th August 2016.

To motivate the students college has invited Ms. V. Nanammal garu 98 year old yoga instructor from Coimbatore on 13th September 2017.

Online Meditation Master Classes were conducted by Kamalesh D. Patel called as Daaji the world teacher of Heartfullness on 1st, 2nd and 3rd  February 2017.

45 students attempted Yoga exam and completed certification on 5th April 2018.

To integrate body, mind and soul, regular Yoga classes are being conducted at BVRITH twice in a week for students as well as for faculty members by a Yoga trainer. As a result, positive mental attitude and capacity to cope up stress in professional and family life is developed.
