YOGA

The day begins with a beautiful sunrise showering energetic rays on the earth. YOGA teaches us the way to utilize the light energy and build a healthy life.

YOGA is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. It is a way of living that aims towards a “healthy mind in a healthy body”. It helps to promote a balanced development of physical, mental and spiritual practices.

Energy flows where attention goes. Just as the flower opens up to the light, your soul opens up to self-love. In the same way yoga enhances the weak nerves and opens the mind.

In yoga, asana refers both to place in which a practitioner sits and the posture. ASANA means “to be seated in a position that is firm but relaxed”. Asanas are also performed as physical exercise where they are sometimes referred to as “yoga postures”.
