My concentration power has grown much better.
My personal experiences after being a regular practitioner of yoga:
• I am able to make perfect decisions for myself since my mind is in my control after practicing yoga.
• My body has become flexible and strong.
• I have lost my anger, where no medicine can do, and improved my patience levels.
People expect the changes in them but cannot make a difference so it's my suggestion practicing yoga will bring a drastic change in you and make you feel better, happy and live a healthy and strong life.
