“People think that computer science is the art of geniuses but the actual reality is the opposite, just many people doing things that build on each other, like a wall of mini stones” -Donald Knuth

CSE department at BVRITH also believe the same. We build the foundations of this course from ground zero for a fresher to the cutting-edge technologies to attain a spot in the top-level corporate.

The department was established with the vision of making it as a centre of excellence in Computer Science among all the colleges of SVES group.

At the beginning of the course the intake was 60 but with consistent academic excellence it was extended upto 120 from the year of 2015.

The Department has state-of- the-art infrastructure and computing equipment supported by 24 hours high speed internet connection and wireless networks.

We have a group of 21 highly qualified and dedicated faculty members to help the students to elevate their talent by delivering top class education blending their rich research experience with classroom teaching. Not only the faculty, we invite industry experts to update students’ knowledge to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical field.

The department aims to provide an excellent platform through Mentorship and Internship programs for the passionate students who have zeal to learn new things to do something

beyond their academics. We also encourage the students and provide guidance to do live projects to solve real life problems of the society.

Overall, the department ensure to keep the students updated with evolving technologies which help them to make a difference in their professional career.

Our department boasts of sufficient infrastructure and amenities for students to progress in their area of interest. Our management makes sure not to let issues such as lack of equipment to hinder the growth of a budding Computer Science Geek!

Since the industry keeps evolving with new technologies, we ensure to keep up with the outside corporate world and impart knowledge amongst our beloved future technocrats!
