The Research Advisory Committee (RAC) is established to provide strategic guidance, oversight, and recommendations to enhance the research capabilities of the institution. The committee aims to foster an environment that supports innovation, research excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Objectives
- To advise on the institution’s research strategy, priorities, and goals.
- To identify emerging areas of research and recommend initiatives to develop institutional research capacity.
- To provide feedback on research proposals, projects, and funding applications to improve their quality and success rates.
- To foster collaborations with external research organizations, government bodies, and industry partners.
- To ensure ethical standards are upheld in all research activities.
