Cambridge Workplace Orientation Program was organized on 11 January 2020 for B. Tech II and III Year students to groom them for communication skills and Ms. Sara Anjum was the Resource person from Cambridge. Cambridge Coordinator Dr. Deepika R Gardner coordinated and present on the occasion were Vice Principal Dr. Sunil Kumar, ECE Head Dr. Vishnuvardhan, IT Head Dr. Aruna Rao, Placement Manager Mr JP Reddy, faculty and students.

The Business English Certificate (BEC) has three levels of BEC are BEC Preliminary-BEC Vantage-BEC Higher and till date total number of students certified is 802. The Preliminary and Vantage, the second level certified students are BEC-P- 519 and BEC-Vantage- 53. Total Merit holders are 56 and Distinction holders are 23. We have stupendous success rate at these examinations mostly 100% results.

From this year we have introduced the C1 Advanced, a higher level examination in English previously called CAE. It is the in-depth, high-level qualification that shows students have the language skills that employers and universities are looking for. Out of six students in September 2018 exam 2 are outstanding. Apoorva G of Final Year ECE-B has secured 97% marks with full 200 marks in Listening segment and Grade ‘B’.

An MoU has been signed with EBEK Laboratories Chennai and BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women on 28 February 2020 whereby the college now enjoys the distinction of being the only Cambridge authorized C1 Advanced Test Centre in Telangana State. So, anyone opting to take up this prestigious language exam will opt for BVRITH as the Exam Venue. BVRITH name will be displayed on all Cambridge Digital Platforms. Bec preliminary examinations march 2020
The Business English Preliminary (BEC-P) B1 Level Examinations were conducted at BVRITH on 12 March 2020 in collaboration with Telangana Academy for Skills and Knowledge. 51 students appeared for the examination and passed the test. 2 students got Distinctions and 4 passed with Merit. Results were 100%.
