Ms. Dr. Lakshmi Praveena Bellamkonda, Professor, HOD of CSE(AI&ML) department. She awarded Ph.D in November , 2022 from the SPMVV, Tirupati, AP. Her research area is Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Data Analytics. She worked as Associate Professor in VVIT, Guntur , AP from 2012 to 2023. She has 5+ years of industry experience in HCL, Thryve, etc. Her research is awarded with best thesis by SPMVV in 2023. She is awarded with Android Developer by Google, Full Stack Developer in .NET by Virtusa and Java Developer by Wipro. She completed certification courses in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Cloud Computing, Android Programming, Java Programming, C Programming, Python Programming, Data Science, Data Analytics, Blockchain and Computer Vision from Coursera, Udemy, NPTEL, AICTE, EICT.

She has published 20+ papers in international journals, conferences. She published book chapters in Springer. She published book on Soft computing methods for Gene Analysis. She has submitted proposals for BIG grant, Filed patent for her research work. She had encouraged students to publish papers in journals while guiding students in UG and PG projects. She has attended and conducted different workshops and guest lectures by eminent speakers.
