Dr. K.V.N. Sunitha completed her B.Tech ECE, M.Tech Computer Science from REC Warangal &  Ph.D from JNTU, Hyderabad in 2006. She has 30+ years of Teaching Experience and 16+ years of research experience. She worked as Founder HOD, CSE Dept in G. Narayanamma Institute of Technology and Science from 2001 to July 2012. Currently she is working as Founder Principal, BVRIT Hyderabad College of Engineering for Women, Hyderabad since August 2012.

She has been recognized & invited by AICTE as NBA Expert Evaluator. She has guided 19 PhDs under JNTUH, JNTUA, RU, GITHAM, Currently guiding 4 more. She has authored five  text books. She was the editorial board member for prestigious International Conferences – ICMEET 2017, ICICCT 2019 & INDIA 2022.

Her areas of research include Natural Language Processing, Speech Processing, Network, Cloud & Web Security. She has guided 19 PhDs and currently guiding 3 research scholars. She published 9 patents. She received a research grant more than 65 Lakhs. She has published more than 190 papers in various International & National Journals and conferences. She is a reviewer for many National and International Journals. She is a fellow member of Institute of Engineers, Sr. Member for IEEE, IETE & International association CSIT, IAENG and life member of many technical associations like CSI and ACM.
